- PRE CHECK ROAD TEST.
- CARRY OUT FULL HEALTH CHECK. REPORT ANY FAULT.
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT.
- STRIP ENGINE DOWN.
- REMOVE LOWER PULLEY, TIMING CHAIN, TENSIONER AND ALL GUIDES.
- RUN ALL PARTS THROUGH HOT, HIGH PRESSURE WASH.
- ETCH PRIMER AND SPRAY TIMING COVER.
- CHANGE WATER PUMP
- FIT NEW TIMING CHAIN WITH TENSIONER. (USING FORD OEM TIMING TOOLS)
- FIT NEW AUXILIARY BELTS.
- REFIT COOLANT RESERVOIR AND START ENGINE.
- TEST DRIVE.
- VALET INTERIOR AND ENGINE BAY.
